According to the Jefferson County District Attorney Office, Shaini Davenport (Arvada, 21) was sentenced on July 22 to seven years in prison and 60 hours of public service for vehicular homicide, vehicular assault, and contributing to the delinquency of a child that resulted from a drunk driving accident on November 1. The wreck occurred on I-70 at approximately 2:00 a.m. after Davenport and five passengers left a Halloween party in a Chevy pickup truck. 29-year old Michelle Adams died in the accident and four others were injured.
