DOC Officer Arrested for Drunk Driving Accident That Injured 3 | Aurora Personal Injury Lawyer
38-year-old department of corrections officer, Jason Ashley Ulrich, was driving under the influence when he caused an accident that injured three people. Ulrich was reportedly under the influence of both alcohol and prescription medicine at the time of the incident and will face charges of driving under the influence and vehicular assault. Colorado State Police believe Ulrich was also going 30mph over the speed limit on Smokey Hill Road when he collided with a Honda Pilot sending all three passengers to a local Aurora hospital. While two of the victims were released shortly after the accident, the driver is still in critical condition. Ulrich’s BAC was reported at a .252 which is three times over the legal limit of .08 according to the Colorado News Leader
