According to ABC Denver, an explosion in Steamboat Springs injured four people. Steamboat Springs Police believe that four teenagers were making a concentrated marijuana product sometimes known as “ear wax.” in a condo belonging to the parents of one of the teens. The force of the explosion blew windows out of the condo, and set off the sprinkler system. The sprinklers caused water damage to the other condos in the building. All four teens were taken to Yampa Valley Medical Center. One of the four was later flown to a hospital on the front range for more treatment. The condition of the four teenagers is not known.
